Instructions & Template
Contribution language: Slovak or English.
Presentation: Slovak, Czech, or English.
Length: 4–8 pages recommended (including figures and references).
Abstract: 100–150 words in the language of the contribution + 3–6 keywords.
Review process & Publication
Review: Each contribution is reviewed by at least two reviewers (single-blind).
Publication: English contributions will be published in Transportation Research Procedia (Elsevier), indexed in Scopus.
Submission of contributions: send the final version (PDF + DOCX) by e-mail to fpedas-horizonty@uniza.sk (subject: HZD 2025 – Contribution – Surname – AbbreviationTopics).
Approximate dates:
– August 31, 2025: submission of contributions • September 15, 2025: payment of registration fee • October 7–9, 2025: conference.
