About the Conference

The conference Horizons of  Railway Transport brings together the latest knowledge and best practices in the field of railway infrastructure, operations, management, and marketing. The aim is to facilitate open professional discussion and connect people who are driving the railway industry forward.

Mission / Theme

The aim of the 13th annual international scientific conference is to create a space for practitioners, researchers and industry representatives to share their experiences and results in the field of railway transport digitization and automation, with an emphasis on economic efficiency, sustainability, management, and marketing.

We will discuss, in particular, intelligent transport systems and interoperable solutions (from technology to operational and economic impacts) that lead to a unified and harmonized European railway area. The conference builds on previous years and also brings experience from the implementation of the Recovery and Resilience Plan.
